Began with 2 cousins, colleagues & friends. United by a thirst for real beer. Having sampled craft beer the world over they dreamt of creating distinctive, consistently delicious brews that reflected the easy-going Mauritian lifestyle without compromising on quality.

And so, with the support of a passionate and knowledgeable team, they set off on an adventure to create Mauritius’ finest craft brewery.

The result: a range of dependably delectable, easy-drinking craft brews jam-packed with personality and flavour - a liquid tribute to laid-back island living.

But why The Thirsty Fox you ask? Well, we labeled a testing vat with Fabien Oxenham’s initials, and the name stuck. It must be said he and Cedric are crafty fellas, and they’re always in the mood for a proper beer.
